Sometimes the moment is absolutely perfect. This photographer captured it! Wow. I love the simplicity of polka dots and a little girl enjoying the splashes of water as it rushes by her in the street.
The question I like pondering over this picture: Is she affected by the water, or is she the one affecting the water?
