Wow, 20 in 30 days is a lot of work.
I ran into one of those situations where it is crucial to check the publisher's website, if they have one. The names of the editors change. You definitely want to send your manuscript or query to the right person. Make sure you do one web-check before you make your salutation.
I submitted one query over e-mail today. I only found 1 publisher to whom I wanted to submit this article, so the bulk of my time was spent writing the query and proofreading it.
