In order to prevent either unfounded imprisonments or to end mass infanticide, I am calling for a Constitutional Convention to propose the 28th Constitutional Amendment.
We had a party at our house at which 2 Justice Department lawyers were present. Upon bringing up the political debate topic of "defining life" of the two presidential candidates, the lawyers responded that if defining life is the issue, Roe v. Wade is not the court case to overturn. Roe v. Wade isn't about life. It's about liberty over property.... the liberty of a woman to control her reproductive life (since a man doesn't have to control his).
