Obama lifts ban on US funds for foreign organizations to promote and perform abortions for family planning.
To clarify, this is not as big of a deal as some think. In 1984, Reagan signed this ban into law. In 1993, President Clinton celebrated the anniversary by lifting the ban. In 2001, George W. re- signed the ban into law. And now Obama is just following suit with this Flip-Flop of a silly ban. It's still a smack in the face of abortion protesters; but it's also a cheer, cheer for ole' Roe v. Wade.
My next post will address what huge gaps keep the pro-life movement and the pro-choice movement in a stalemate.
